Terms of Service

Same Moment Live shows live streams that are hosted on YouTube and belong to their channel owners. We do not host, control or endorse them, and Same Moment Live is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

By using Same Moment Live you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Same Moment Live puts live city cameras on a map and gives people watching the same city a place to chat. It is provided “as is”. Streams can go offline, change or disappear at any time, and event times shown on the site are for information only. We give no guarantee that a stream will be live, or that an event will happen, at the time shown.

You sign in with your Google account. Keep your access secure: you are responsible for what is done with your account. Do not impersonate other people with your display name.

• A message is plain text of up to 500 characters. Links are not allowed.
• Do not harass, threaten or demean anyone, and do not post hateful, sexual or illegal content.
• Do not post other people’s personal information, spam, or anything you have no right to post.

Messages are checked against a list of blocked words and limited in how often one account can post. Anyone can report a message; when enough people report it, it is hidden until it is reviewed. We may hide or remove any message and suspend any account, at our discretion and without notice.

You keep ownership of what you write. You give Same Moment Live permission to display your messages in the city room where you posted them, to store them for the time stated in the Privacy Policy, and to moderate them.

Do not use automated means to collect data from Same Moment Live in bulk or to copy it, do not get around its limits or security measures, and do not interfere with how it works. Ordinary indexing by search engines is not affected.

The design and software of Same Moment Live belong to its operator. The streams, and their names and logos, belong to their owners. Nothing in these terms transfers them to you.

To the extent the law allows, 공명 (Gongmyeong) is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that arise from your use of Same Moment Live or from streams, messages or event information that others provide. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

We may change Same Moment Live or these terms, and we may end the service. The date at the top shows when these terms last changed; using the service after a change means you accept it. You can stop using Same Moment Live at any time.
